DesiCouplesZ is an interactive platform that allows members to upload their own content. For all user-generated explicit content:

All uploading members must complete government ID verification (HyperVerge) before uploading explicit content, verifying that they are 18 years of age or older.
By uploading explicit content, members certify under penalty of law that all depicted individuals are 18 years of age or older and have consented to appear on an adult platform.
DCZ Media Holdings LLC maintains a record linking each explicit upload to the uploader's verified identity, age verification reference, and date of verification.
Records are retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of production or last publication, whichever is later, as required by 28 C.F.R. § 75.2.

CSAM Zero Tolerance

DesiCouplesZ employs Microsoft PhotoDNA and Hive AI to scan all uploaded media for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any detected CSAM is immediately removed, the account is permanently terminated, and a report is filed with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

If you believe any content on DesiCouplesZ depicts a minor, report it immediately to [email protected]. We will investigate and report to NCMEC within 24 hours of becoming aware of any potential CSAM.
